Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Pixel Torch. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to start a return
Email us at contact@pixeltorch.uk with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Return address
Returns are sent to our facility in Sweden. As this is an international return from the UK, please allow a little extra time for the parcel to arrive, we recommend using a tracked shipping service so we can confirm receipt.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's done.

Condition of returned items
Items should be returned in the condition you received them where possible. If your Pixel Torch arrived faulty or damaged, let us know straight away and we'll sort a replacement or refund, no need to return the item.

Return shipping cost
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived faulty or damaged, in which case we'll cover it.
